Terms & Conditions

1. Testing Services: The silver purity testing lab (hereinafter referred to as "the Lab") agrees to provide accurate and reliable testing services for determining the purity of silver items submitted by the client.

2. Sample Submission: The client shall submit silver samples to the Lab in accordance with the specified procedures. The Lab reserves the right to reject samples that are improperly labeled, damaged, or not in compliance with the submission guidelines.

3. Testing Methods: The Lab shall use appropriate testing methods and equipment to analyze the submitted silver samples. These methods may include fire assay, X-ray fluorescence (XRF), inductively coupled plasma (ICP), or any other recognized and reliable techniques for silver purity testing.

4. Accuracy and Limitations: The Lab shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the testing results. However, due to the inherent variability of testing methods and limitations of the equipment used, the Lab cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. The client acknowledges and accepts this limitation.

5. Turnaround Time: The Lab shall strive to provide testing results within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, the actual turnaround time may vary depending on sample volume, complexity, and availability of resources. The Lab shall not be liable for any delays beyond its reasonable control.

6. Confidentiality: The Lab shall treat all information provided by the client, including sample details and testing results, as confidential. The Lab shall not disclose such information to any third party without the client's prior written consent, unless required by law.

7. Ownership of Samples: The client acknowledges that the samples submitted to the Lab shall become the property of the Lab upon receipt. The Lab may retain the samples for a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes or additional testing, if required.

8. Liability: The Lab shall exercise reasonable care in handling the samples and conducting the tests. However, the Lab shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of samples during transit or while in the Lab's possession, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Payment: The client shall pay the applicable fees for the testing services as specified by the Lab. Payment terms, including methods of payment, due dates, and any additional charges, shall be agreed upon in advance between the Lab and the client.

10. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising out of or relating to the services provided by the Lab, the parties shall make good faith efforts to resolve the matter amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved, the dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Lab is located.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Lab is located. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By utilizing the services of the Lab, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
